At Pawshionista, we strive to deliver your pet products quickly and safely across the UAE.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Standard delivery across the UAE takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for the threshold.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Pawshionista is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, Pawshionista is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
