Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Returns
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's our policy:
- Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Non-returnable items: Opened grooming consumables and items marked as final sale
How to Return an Item

- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
